How to make changes to single pages like 404, Archive, Single
When using the Spectra One theme, to change single pages such as the 404 error page, archive page, or single post/page template, you can follow these general steps:
- Step 1 – Access the customization settings: From the WordPress dashboard, navigate to Appearance > Editor
- Step 2 – Locate the template settings: Within the customization settings, click on ‘Templates’
- Step 3 – Choose the desired template: Once you have found the template settings, you will see a list of available templates. Look for the specific page templates you want to customize, such as the 404 error page, archive page, or single post/page template.
- Step 4 – Customize the template: Click on the template you want to modify and make the desired changes. This could involve adjusting layout settings, adding/removing elements, or modifying the design as per your requirements.
- Step 5 – Preview and save changes: After making the desired modifications, preview the changes to ensure they appear as intended. Once you are satisfied, save the changes to apply them to the respective single page template.
