How to Use Sidebar for Page and Post
Whether you’re using a WordPress theme like Spectra One or any other platform, having control over the sidebar allows you to highlight key information, display relevant widgets, and enhance navigation.
In this guide, we will see how you can use the sidebar for Post / Page in the Spectra One theme of WordPress.
Note: Before you start, please ensure you have the Spectra One theme installed and activated on your site.
Here’s how you can do this:
- Log in to your WordPress website and navigate to the admin dashboard.
- Go to the specific page or post where you want to use a sidebar and click Edit.
- Templates define how content is displayed when viewing your site. You can choose the Template layout here from the dropdown.
- Select the Swap template option here.
- Select the Page Sidebar template from this popup.
- Click the Update or Publish button to save your changes.
That’s it! Preview your page or post to see the sidebar in action.
Pretty simple, isn’t it? Here is a video guide for you as well.
