How to clear customizations in Spectra One theme
If you want to reset a home, single, or page template to its original design and clear any customizations, you can follow these steps:
- Step 1 – Access the customization settings: From the WordPress dashboard, navigate to Appearance > Editor
- Step 2 – Locate the template settings: Within the customization settings, navigate to Templates > Manage all templates.
- Step 3 – Reset the template: Once you have found the template settings of the desired page, there is an option to reset or clear customizations for that particular template. This option is labeled as “Clear customizations” Click on it to reset the template to its original design.
- Step 4 – Save the changes: After resetting the template, the changes will be saved automatically. This step ensures that the original design is applied to the respective template.
Please keep in mind that if you have made any changes to the page from your end, resetting it to its original design will also remove those modifications. This functionality can be quite useful if you wish to revert back to the original design or implement any new changes that have been made.
