Spectra now includes full integration with Pixabay, allowing you to browse, select, and insert high-quality, royalty-free images into your content without ever leaving your site.
This feature simplifies finding and adding stunning visuals, keeping you focused on your content creation.
Pixabay Image Search Feature in Spectra
Spectra now integrates seamlessly with Pixabay, allowing you to:
- Search and access Pixabay free images within your WordPress media library.
- Download and insert images directly into your content without navigating away.
- Use filters like keywords, color, and orientation to find the perfect image for any page or post.
Where Can I Find the Free Image Search in Spectra?
Here’s how to access and use the free image search with the latest update:
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to Dashboard > Pages or Dashboard > Posts, and select the content you want to edit.
- Make sure you are editing with the Gutenberg editor and have Spectra (version 2.17.0) enabled.
- Choose the block where you want to place the image. This can be an Image, Cover, or any other block that supports images.
- Click to add an image within the block, which will open the media library. You will see a new ‘Search Images’ option, powered by Pixabay.
- Use keywords to search for images, and apply filters such as color and orientation to refine the results.
- Once you find the image you want, click ‘Save & Insert’ to download it to your media library and add it to the block automatically.
What Are the License Terms for Pixabay Images?
All images available through Pixabay are royalty-free and free to use for both commercial and personal purposes under the Pixabay License.
