Some hints before lodging a support ticket:

✅  Please check if the problem persists if you temporarily switch to another theme.

✅  Also, deactivate all plugins temporarily to see if it's caused by some plugin installed.

If the problem is resolved after the above steps above, activate the original theme and plugins again one by one until the problem returns. These steps will help you identify what is causing it.
